Project C.A.R.E. is a non-traditional, experiential approach to building individual and team growth for adolescents. The state-of-the-art course is easily accessible, centrally located on the Nassau/Suffolk border on the beautiful grounds of The Long Island Home. The program has been designed to specifically address the needs of children and adolescents by a team of health care professionals with Masters-level degrees. The goal is to develop self-esteem, confidence and trust in one’s self and others through a variety of professionally-guided experiences such as:
